|Q||What is your Order Cancellation Policy ?|
We warrant that:
- the Product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered;
- the Product will conform with the manufacturer's latest published instructions as set out on the Site or in our Product material at the time of your Order.
|Q||What to do if I receive a Faulty Product?|
We may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your Order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

Prodigg Asia Pacific Pty Ltd reserves the right to Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
|Q||What is the Returns and Exchange Policy?|
The purchased products being returned must be done so within a maximum 7 days from the purchase. The Product must be in its original condition and in the original packing.
We do not refund for wrong choice in size, colour or shape.
If the product is still in its original condition and original packaging we will gladly exchange your product for equal or lesser value.
If the product is damaged in delivery or arrives to you damaged we require photo evidence of the damage and or issue with the product sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48hours of you receiving the product.
Pre Order products "special Made to order" are not refund or exchange.
