Homedesignplus warrants that, should any part fail within twelve calendar months from the date of installation, except as set out below, that part will be replaced free of charge by Home design plus, provided the product is installed and used strictly in accordance with the instructions supplied, and that failure is not due to accident, misuse, abuse, unsuitable water conditions, or to any alteration, modification or repair by any party not expressly nominated by Homedesignplus. This warranty covers the cost of parts and not labors.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from non-operation of the bathroom products, the use of non-authorized parts, or consequential damage to any other goods, furnishings or property. Furthermore, this warranty does not displace any statutory warranty, but, to the extent to which homedesignplus is entitled to do so, the liability of homedesignplus under any statutory warranty will be limited at homedesignplus option to the replacement of the bathroom products or supply of equivalent bathroom products.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Pre order Cast Iron MTO Refund and Cancellation Policy 

The standard 7 day return policy with a 100% refund is not offered for Pre Ordered Cast Iron Bathtubs. Pre Ordered Cast Iron Bathtubs are individually Made to Order Products for customer's specific requirements and specifications (e.g. bath colour, feet colour, overflow hole and tap holes). 

A minimum charge for cancellation once the order has been placed to the factory is 50% of the total invoice inclusive of transport.

No refund will be issued once the delivery or collection of the Cast Iron Order has been received by the customer.

Returned Goods

No goods may be returned for credit without prior authority. A handling fee of 18% of value will be charged on all returned goods except by prior arrangement. Freight on returned goods must be borne by the sender except by prior arrangement. Products marked as Made To Order (MTO) are non-returnable unless considered a warranty issue.

Incorrect Color: Should the customer collect an item and it is not the color they ordered the customer must reject immediately inform the M3 representative. A replacement item in the correct color will immediately be dispatched by M3.

Discounts 
Once a product is discounted on in our clearance section no further discounts can be applied.

Change Without Notice

As Homedesignplus policy is one of continuous product improvement, changes to specifications and prices may be made without prior notice. Products may not be exactly as depicted.
